# 11012: Display name does not match with the business

## Description

The provided display name does not correspond with the registered business or is associated with another entity.

### Possible causes

* The display name cannot be linked to the business associated with the registration.
* The display name is associated with a different business entity.

### Possible solutions

* Review and update the display name in the Branded Calling registration to ensure it accurately reflects the registered business. Resubmit the registration for verification.
