# 11021: Call reason must not contain personally identifiable information

## Description

The call reason submitted in the registration includes personally identifiable information (PII), which is not permitted.

### Possible causes

* The call reason contains PII.

### Possible solutions

* Review and update the call reason to ensure it does not include any PII. Resubmit the registration for re-verification.
