### Possible causes

* The recording was deleted before before Twilio was able to fetch the recording for transcription.

### Possible solutions

* Make a request to delete the recording once you receive the transcribe callback instead of the record callback. This ensures that the recording is available for Twilio to transcribe and still allows you to delete recordings from Twilio.
