# 16114: Voice Recording: Resource not in a state to accept recording action request

## Description

Twilio timed out on the recording action because the resource was undergoing modification and was not in an actionable state.

### Possible causes

Customer initiated a SIP transfer for a recorded call, and the transfer was in-progress when Twilio received the recording action request

### Possible solutions

Retry the recording action request
