# 21740: Brand Registration Failure: Invalid Brand Contact Email Domain

## Description

The brand contact email submitted uses a domain that is not permitted for 2FA validation. Only business or organizational domains are allowed for Auth+ verification.

### Possible causes

The domain used in the brand contact email is a personal, generic, or otherwise unverified domain (such as gmail.com or yahoo.com).

### Possible solutions

Update the brand contact email to use a domain that is associated with the business or organization. Avoid free, personal, or unverified domains.
