# 30448: Toll-Free verification rejection - Age-gated program not identified

Log Type: APPLICATION

## Description

This error identifies an age-restricted program that is not correctly declared in the Toll-Free verification submission. A compliant age gate does not replace the required declaration.

### Possible causes

* The program includes age-restricted content, but the age-restricted classification is missing or incorrect.
* The `AgeGatedContent` field does not correctly identify the content when the request is submitted through the API.

### Possible solutions

* Select the correct age-restricted classification and update `AgeGatedContent` when using the API.
* Resubmit the corrected declaration with evidence appropriate to the use case.
