# 40146: Failed to issue Supervise Instruction due to invalid Reservation state

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

The Reservation is not in a valid state for the Supervise instruction to be used, the Reservation cannot be pending or canceled.

### Possible causes

* A Reservation has not yet been accepted by a Worker.
* The Reservation has already been canceled.

### Possible solutions

* Confirm that the Reservation has been accepted by the assigned Worker
