# 410: Unknown Error Code

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error means the requested resource is no longer available. Do not retry the same request because the condition is likely permanent.

### Possible causes

* The resource has reached a terminal state and is no longer available.
* The request is targeting a resource or endpoint that is no longer valid for the operation you are attempting.

### Possible solutions

* Stop retrying the request.
* Verify that the resource SID, URL, or endpoint you are using is still current.
* Confirm that the resource is still in a state that supports the requested operation.
* Update your integration to use a current resource or supported endpoint before sending the request again.
