# 45101: Configuration Not Found

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

Twilio could not find the requested configuration for your account. This error occurs when your request references a Flex configuration resource that does not exist or is not available in the account context you used.

### Possible causes

* The configuration has not been created for the account yet.
* The request uses an incorrect Account SID or environment.
* The configuration identifier in the request is invalid or does not match an existing resource.
* The configuration was deleted or is no longer available.

### Possible solutions

* Confirm that the configuration exists in the account you are using.
* Verify that you are sending the request with the correct Account SID and credentials.
* Check the configuration identifier and any request parameters for typos or mismatched values.
* If the configuration does not exist, create it before retrying the request.
* If you manage multiple accounts or environments, make sure you are querying the intended Flex instance.
