# 45103: Workspace Not Configured

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

Twilio could not complete the request because your Flex configuration does not include a valid TaskRouter Workspace. Set a Workspace SID in the configuration before you retry the operation.

### Possible causes

* Your Flex environment does not have a Workspace SID configured.
* The configured Workspace SID is empty, malformed, or does not match an existing TaskRouter Workspace.
* The application is pointing to the wrong account, region, or environment, so the expected Workspace is not available.
* A deployment or configuration change removed or overwrote the Workspace setting.

### Possible solutions

* Review your Flex and TaskRouter configuration and confirm that a valid Workspace SID is set.
* In Console, verify that the TaskRouter Workspace exists and belongs to the same account you are using for Flex.
* If you manage configuration through code or environment variables, update the Workspace value and redeploy your application.
* If you recently changed accounts or environments, make sure your credentials and configuration point to the correct Workspace.
* Retry the request after you save the corrected configuration.
