# 45306: Meeting was canceled

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: WARNING

## Description

This warning indicates that Flex canceled a consult or conference step before the additional participant was connected. In Flex voice workflows, this can happen during a warm transfer or consult flow when the transfer is canceled before the meeting is established.

### Possible causes

* The initiating agent canceled the consult call before the target agent or queue accepted it.
* A transfer was canceled through the Flex UI or by programmatically canceling the voice task transfer with `cancelVoiceTaskTransfer`.
* The transfer was started from a call that was not live and conference-based.
* The initiating agent was on hold when the transfer was attempted.
* Another transfer was already in progress.
* The transfer targeted a task queue that had not been used in the last 30 days.

### Possible solutions

* If the cancellation was intentional, no action is required.
* If the transfer should continue, start the consult or warm transfer again.
* Make sure you start the transfer from a live, conference-based call.
* Make sure the initiating agent is active on the call and not on hold.
* Confirm that no other transfer is already in progress before starting a new one.
* If you are transferring to a queue that has not been used recently, create an inbound task that routes to that queue, then retry the warm transfer.
* If you cancel transfers programmatically, review the logic that calls `cancelVoiceTaskTransfer` or other transfer cancel actions.
