## Description

Failed to add Participant `<participant_sid>`. Conversation `<conversation_sid>` was closed or not found.

### Possible causes

We did not add a Participant to a Channel because the Channel has either been closed or deleted.

### Possible solutions

Ensure that the target Conversation is in the correct state.
