## Description

The number of keywords used to trigger the webhook configured for this conversation would have exceeded the limit.

### Possible causes

You are attempting to add more than 5 keywords as triggers for this webhook.

### Possible solutions

* Retrieve a list of the [existing keywords](/docs/conversations-classic/api/conversation-scoped-webhook-resource#fetch-a-conversationscopedwebhook-resource) used as triggers and remove the ones that are redundant or obsolete.
* Consider creating a new scoped webhook with an alternative set of trigger keywords.
