The requested participant proxy address is not a correctly configured WhatsApp number.

### Possible causes

* Provided MessagingBinding.ProxyAddress parameter contains a participant number that is not recognized as a valid WhatsApp number.

* Ensure that MessagingBinding.ProxyAddress is an [on-boarded WhatsApp number](/docs/whatsapp/api) assigned to your number pool.
