### Possible causes

* You are making Send Notification requests too fast.
* You have made some bulk notification requests that created too many Alexa messages too fast.

### Possible solutions

* Slow down the rate of Send Notification requests.
* Target less recipients per bulk notification request and send the bulk requests more slowly.
