## Description

### Possible causes

* Notification requests resulted in too many delivery attempts. As a result, some of the notification events were rate limited and might not be visible in the notification log in console. The message delivery itself is not affected.

### Possible solutions

* When sending large broadcasts, slow down the rate of Send Notification requests, e.g. to 1 / s
