# 57002: 'Secret id' is too long

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error appears when the `Secret id` value in a Branded Comms request exceeds the allowed length.

### Possible causes

* The `Secret id` value in the request is longer than Twilio accepts.

### Possible solutions

* Pass a valid `Secret id` value that fits the expected length, then retry the request.
* Review the request payload or integration that supplies `Secret id`, then remove any extra characters before you send it again.
