# 62026: Interconnect: Missing MPLS carrier SID

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

Twilio could not process the Interconnect configuration request because the required MPLS carrier SID was not provided. Include a valid MPLS carrier SID in the request before you create or update the Interconnect resource.

### Possible causes

* The request to create or update an Interconnect resource omitted the MPLS carrier SID field.
* The MPLS carrier SID value was passed as an empty or null value.
* The request referenced an MPLS carrier that was not properly selected when the configuration was submitted.

### Possible solutions

* Add the MPLS carrier SID to your Interconnect API request.
* Verify that the SID is present, correctly formatted, and belongs to the MPLS carrier you intend to use.
* Review your application logic to confirm the MPLS carrier SID is not removed or overwritten before the request is sent.
* If you build the request dynamically, validate required Interconnect parameters before submitting the API call.
