# 80622: Maximum Pool Size Error

Log Type: TWILIO

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

You attempted to add a number to a Proxy Number Pool that has reached its maximum allowed size. A Proxy Service pool can have up to 500 unreserved numbers and 5000 reserved numbers.

### Possible causes

You attempted to add a number to a Proxy Number Pool that has reached its maximum allowed size. A Proxy Service pool can have up to 500 unreserved numbers and 5000 reserved numbers.

### Possible solutions

* Check that your pool is sized for your actual concurrency before you add numbers. Pool size depends on how many Sessions your busiest participant is in at the same time, and on how many concurrent Sessions each number can carry before its reputation suffers. For more information, see [How many Phone Numbers do I need?](/docs/proxy/phone-numbers-needed).
* Remove numbers you no longer need.
* If you need more numbers than the limit allows, create another Proxy Service for the additional numbers.
