# 81020: Unsupported Trigger Type

## Description

An error occurred when Studio tried to run a widget that is not supported for the trigger type.

### Possible causes

* Flow was triggered by an incoming event that isn't supported for this widget

### Possible solutions

* Flow should be updated to use only the supported trigger types for this widget
* For Send To Flex widget, only incoming call and incoming chat are supported
