# 86002: Session terminated: insufficient credits or funds for this credential

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

86002 indicates that the provider tied to the credential ended the Voice session because the credential no longer has available credit or has reached a provider-side spending limit. Check the provider account that backs the credential before you retry the session.

### Possible causes

* The provider account associated with the credential has exhausted its available credit.
* The provider account or credential has reached a maximum monthly spend limit.
* If you use SIP authentication, the session can be using a credential from a credential list that is mapped to your SIP Domain.

### Possible solutions

* Add credits or funds to the provider account associated with the credential, then retry the session.
* Increase the provider-side monthly spend limit if the account has reached its cap.
* If you use SIP authentication, review the credential list mapped to your SIP Domain and confirm that the session is using the intended credential.
