# 91304: Internal error, delivery retried

Log Level: WARNING

## Description

Twilio records this error when Event Streams hits a transient internal condition while preparing an event for delivery.

The event is **not** dropped. Twilio retries delivery automatically according to the retry policy on your sink, and in most cases the event is delivered on a subsequent attempt. No action is required unless the condition persists.

### Possible causes

* Twilio could not read the sink's configuration at delivery time.
* Converting the event for the sink exceeded its internal time limit.

### Possible solutions

* No action is required if the event is delivered on a subsequent attempt.
* If events remain undelivered after the retry window, contact [Twilio Support](https://help.twilio.com) and include the sink SID, subscription SID, event type, and the time window of the affected events.
