# 94201: Transcriptions Settings: encryptionKeySid invalid or not found

## Description

Request to enable encryption for transcriptions failed because encryptionKeySid is invalid or not defined

### Possible causes

* "encryptionKeySid" value is invalid
* "encryptionKeySid" not found in Transcription Settings
* "encryptionKeySid" not found in Credentials Storage
* "encryptionKeySid" is not a credential resource of type Public Key

### Possible solutions

* Specify a encryptionKeySid of a valid credential resource of type Public Key that can be used to encrypt transcription results or disable encryption
