# Overview of Address Management

Flex Conversations provides several channel options for communication. Each channel requires an Address (Legacy Addresses were previously known as Flex Flows). Addresses describe how new Conversations should be handled and connected to Flex. You can integrate any channel that fits your platform's needs, and also configure multiple Addresses for each channel.

To get started, check out our guides on how to configure Addresses for the supported channels:

* [SMS/MMS](/docs/flex/admin-guide/setup/conversations/manage-conversations-sms-addresses)
* [WhatsApp](/docs/flex/admin-guide/setup/conversations/manage-conversations-whatsapp-addresses)
* [Chat](/docs/flex/admin-guide/setup/conversations/manage-conversations-chat-addresses)
* [Facebook Messenger](/docs/flex/admin-guide/setup/conversations/manage-conversations-fbmessenger-addresses)
